Outskirts Roasting was founded in 2018 in Fairview, Utah with the mission of bringing people together outdoors around a great cup of coffee. Utah, known for its recreational spaces and activities, was the perfect location to deliver high-quality, premium coffee products to those who love camping, fishing, hiking, or just relaxing at the cabin or around a bonfire.

The owners, Andrew & Jen Bates have a passion for the outdoors and small-town America. They're always working to extend their product offerings and reach to bring more customers into the Outskirts family to enjoy amazing coffee in America's outdoors.
